IGHL Smile Farms Program with Jayme Bonanno and Dave Johnson, Founders of the Tap Room

Maryhaven's Integrated Business Center (IBC) with Jayme Bonanno and Dave Johnson, Founders of the Tap Room

The Tap Room first began their partnership with Kinexion in 2021 from an idea generated by Jayme Bonanno, owner of the Tap Room, and Brian Boyle, a Kinexion board member. They requested IGHL’s Smile Farm program and Maryhaven’s hydroponic garden program to grow fresh, high-quality herbs to be used at the restaurant. As a result, today there are approximately 20 people living with disabilities employed via this program.

“By choosing menu items marked with our special symbol, our guests can play an essential role in supporting this partnership and fostering a more inclusive world.”
Jayme Bonanno, Founder of the Tap Room
