Job Summary

The Digital Records Coordinator will be responsible for uploading, organizing, and maintaining all documentation related to the people we support within eVero. Ensures records are retained in an accurate and consistent manner and are retrievable in a seamless fashion. Provides additional administrative support as needed.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately and consistently organizes, scans, inputs, and records documents into the eVero Digital Records software during agency’s system implementation. Ensure paper documents are securely archived or destroyed as per agency guidelines.
  • Responsible for maintaining, updating, and retrieving digital records within eVero in a timely manner.
  • Provides daily technical support and guidance to agency staff in the access and use of eVero. Troubleshoots or elevates technical issues to IT as needed.
  • Coordinates agency messaging to staff through the eVero communication functions.
  • Assists in generating reports and/or providing records for system or agency audits.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Coordinator of Special Projects as required.
  • Works closely with IT in support of the system implementation and ongoing administration of eVero.

 

Position Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School degree required. Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • Prior administrative experience working in a professional office setting.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and quantitative skill set.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with ability to professionally communicate to internal and external audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with ability to become proficient in new technologies quickly.
  • Comfortable with digital record keeping software required. Experience with eVero and/or other Electronic Health Record software preferred.
  • Must be able to sit at a desk and computer for the majority of the day. Lifting up to 20lbs may be required.
  • Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to other sites.
  • Must be comfortable with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
